The workshop will be held at Westin Arlington Gateway (http://www.westinarlingtongateway.com/) The workshop is sponsored by NSF; your reimbursement will be processed through Stanford University. Airfare - Workshop attendees will be reimbursed for airfare purchased on U.S carrier (coach) . Travelers should book lowest available airfare. Lodging - A block of rooms have been reserved and prepaid at the Westin Arlington Gateway for the nights of February 6th, and 7th. Please contact Natasha Haulman (nhaulman@stanford.edu) should you require additional nights of lodging . Transportation to and from airport - Workshop attendees will be reimbursed for car rentals (compact) and/or taxi or taxi airport shuttles. Local workshop attendees will reimbursed at rate of 55.5 cents per mile. Meals - Breakfast and lunch will be provided. Workshop attendees will be reimbursed a daily per diem of $41.00 for dinner February 6th and 7th, a per diem rate of 53.75 will apply for travel days.
